Customer Success Manager

Status:

This is a contract position 25-30 hours per week with the potential of full-time employment based on performance and business needs. No additional benefits provided.

Rate: $45-$60 per hour depending on relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of diverse content types, including short and long-form written content, video content, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Manage a team of contract writers, graphic designers, and other content creators.

 

SEO Optimization:

  • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to enhance organic visibility.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and implement strategies to improve content discoverability.

 

Content Production Process:

  • Own the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to distribution.
  • Develop and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Serve as the primary editor of all content, ensuring it hues toward our content strategy and company positioning

 

Performance Analysis:

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to analyze the performance of content and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with overall business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate content strategies, goals, and results to internal stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple resources effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in optimizing content for SEO and improving organic search rankings.
  • Familiarity with various content types, including written, video, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Experience managing a team of contract writers, graphic designers, and other content creators.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure content performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
