Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Industry-Savvy B2B MarTech Consultant who will be responsible for driving successful projects at key customer enterprise accounts and internally. This includes facilitating key meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, creating strategic plans and presentations, and managing action items. The Implementation Consultant will work to deliver world class analytics on-boardings, scope SOW’s and keep projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

Drive ongoing successful projects at key customer Enterprise Accounts:

  • Project Management of the implementation process
  • Run end-to-end onboardings with new customers
  • Facilitate key meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic plans, powerpoint presentations
  • Agenda setting / meeting summaries / Action item management

Be the voice of the customer and champion their success through the onboarding process for clean handoff to the Customer Success Manager

Drive innovation in Customer Success with the Head of Customer Operations and VP Customer Success:

  • Improve workflows in Slack, Jira, Asana, and other tools
  • Drive adoption of new tools and Generative AI

Further CaliberMind’s subject matter expertise in the B2B marketing and sales stack, internally and to customers

  • Knowledge Base documentation
  • Advise marketing executives based on learned best practices

(Plus, other duties as assigned as required)

Requirements:
  • BS/BA College Degree (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of Project Management
  • 3+ years of RevenueOps, MarketingOps, SalesOps, Customer Success, Account Management and or Consulting experience
  • 3+ plus year experience in working with B2B marketing teams, especially in high growth SaaS organizations
  • Administrative experience in tools like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, PowerBI or Tableau (or other marketing automation/BI tools)
  • Understanding of basic SQL and Business Intelligence Tools
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and business intelligence platforms
  • Ability to travel
Bonus Points:
  • Advanced degree (MS, MBA) or PMP Certification
  • Willing to relocate to Colorado

Location: Remote with some travel and office time- Colorado preferred

Base Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 plus bonus and stock options
