Coming Soon
Object Manager History
CaliberMind’s Customer Support Team and our customers are regularly making changes to their Data Pipeline in the Object Manager configuration pages. Sometimes, these don’t have the consequences they intend. Object Manager History will allow users to revert to previous configurations.
Answers
We’re looking for volunteers to participate in Alpha testing for the CaliberMind Answers module. CaliberMind Answers provides insights on demand. The Alpha version allows customers to create prompts that mine CaliberMind attribution, engagement, and funnel data. If you’re interested in participating, just reply to this note or email Andy Hopkins, CaliberMind’s Director of Product Management.
Monthly Roundup
Looking to catch up on previous releases? Here is a comprehensive list of our monthly updates including July. And here is a round up of recent updates:
We’ve added the ability to save your filter settings using the Filter Bookmark feature in Insights. This allows business groups within an organization to tee up their own reporting view to tell the story that is most important to them. It also allows users to quickly share insights that they are seeing using CaliberMind reporting. You can save filters for yourself (private), or for all members of your organization (public).
Visitor Enrichment
We’ve partnered with Kickfire to bring the ability of de-anonymization to our customers. Our AJS snippet tracks the IP addresses of users that hit our customer’s websites. Often this data is anonymous as the person didn’t fill out a form to identify themselves. Kickfire has an extensive list of company/IP address data which can include additional details like company size, region etc. This helps our customers to improve targeting and increase their overall Attribution. As of launch we are providing 5,000 free calls a month to our existing customers.
Object Manager Update
Based on our customer’s feedback we have improved your ability to understand transformations that have been performed for your CaliberMind data schema. We have added the ability to see what type and the quantity of transformations that exist via configuration for CaliberMind tables found in the Object Manager. You can also see which tables are ineligible for configuration based on them currently running custom SQL.
We have added a new type of standard list. You can now create Opportunity Lists which will be compatible with report filters in the near future.
Disengaging Account Trend Emails
This new option under the Account Trend Emails section of the admin allows users to configure an email to their team which alerts team members to disengaging accounts based on a decreasing MoM Engagement Score. The goal of this feature is to identify churn risks in order to deploy saving measures.

You can now designate “Ad Source” “Campaign ID” and “Ad ID” using our substitution configuration in the admin area of CaliberMind. Currently, this is all done through custom SQL

Throwback: Data Storytelling Strategy
Back in March we partnered with Metadata.io’s Demand Community to talk about Data Storytelling Strategy. Key topics around how to read charts and prepare for meetings with the Board were covered and we wanted to share this with you since viewers and attendees have found it to be so helpful. Click to watch!
More updates will be rolled out on a monthly and as-needed basis!
