Monthly Roundup
Bombora Intent Data
We’ve been able to test drive the data here at CaliberMind and it’s heavily influencing our brand advertising strategies. In a short time, it’s boosted our performance marketing ROI eightfold. Here’s Eric Westerkamp, CaliberMind’s CEO, showcasing intent data to better understand complex buyer journeys:
Engagement AI Summary
The Company Engagement AI Summary is a game changer. In an instant, users receive a summary of hundreds of complex B2B sales cycle touches. This first-of- its-kind deployment of AI mines engagement and intent data to summarize the buyer journey, buying group and key marketing activities.
- For BDRs the AI Summary will shine a light on the most active/engaged members of the Buyer Group for outreach.
- For AEs, the AI summary provides a crystal clear picture of key influencers in a deal cycle.
- For Growth Marketers the AI Summary provides an instant understanding of which marketing and sales channels are effective.
- When combined with Bombora Intent data, a much larger understanding of the buyer journey is revealed.
Funnels – Stage Analyzer
This Dashboard shows you what is happening in a given stage.
- What is the true event that kicks off a journey?
- What is the most common first event for a cohort of journeys?
- What is the first event of a stage?
- What is the last event of a stage?
- What are the touches between stages for a journey or cohort of journeys?
- How many journeys does a Converting/Opening/All event/s show up in?
- How many stages does a Converting/Opening/All show up in?
- If present, what percentage of events lead to stage advancement?
Custom Columns for Attribution, Engagement and Funnels
One of the main customizations in our reporting layer has been to accommodate filtering on custom fields. We just released the ability to filter on these custom columns in our Analytics – Attribution, Engagement & Funnels reporting. We will be rolling this feature out to all Analytics Reports. As part of this rollout, all custom columns added to the tables listed below will result in that column being made available as a filter.
