Every AI tool in your stack is bottlenecked by the same thing –
lack of unified, contextualized, and AI-ready data.
CaliberMind solves that problem once and for all.
We run the pipelines. We build and maintain the data schema. We embed business context for field relationships, data tables and business definitions – and deliver all of this to your agentic environment of choice. So your Claude or ChatGPT analytics are accurate, reconcile against your CRM revenue numbers, and include data from all marketing sources — without running up your usage bill or exceeding its context window.
Enterprise marketing teams that feed agentic platforms with raw or lightly processed data routinely exhaust the agentic context window before the AI gets to actual analysis. These teams end up with high token burn, inflated usage bills, and AI output that stops short of the insights you actually needed.
CaliberMind has been in the business of unifying marketing data for a decade. We have a proven process that takes your raw data and makes it visualization-ready — regardless of how many marketing channels, data sources, CRM or MAP instances or data fields you have.
– Andy Hopkins, Head of Product at CaliberMind
Unlike generic data tools, CaliberMind’s pipeline logic is personalized to your GTM motion — your custom data sources, your field relationships, your business rules — with dedicated CS specialists ready to help as needed. That’s why agentic output built on CaliberMind data is more accurate than anything you could build yourself.
CaliberMind offers a deep, native integration with Anthropic’s Claude — built for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cowork, and the API. We handle the data heavy lifting so Claude can focus on what it’s built for: generating accurate GTM insights without burning through your token budget.
CaliberMind doesn’t lock you into one AI tool. Our MCP Server is built on the open Model Context Protocol standard — so whether your team uses OpenAI, Gemini, Cursor, Windsurf, Salesforce, Snowflake or a custom agent, they’re all drawing from the same governed, unified GTM data warehouse. You choose the agent. We make sure the data is ready for it.
With CaliberMind, your team enjoys a lower total cost of ownership, while your business is presented with a lower usage bill – and your business users go from question to insight much faster with audit-ready accurate reporting.

Ask “what drove the pipeline this quarter?” and get an answer backed by real data in seconds — not inaccuracies, missing data points, or full-on hallucinated insights.
CaliberMind’s schema – tailored to BI and AI tools, simplified and clean for optimal queries – gives AI the context it needs without dumping raw data into the context window. Better answers, lower token costs.
MCP is an open standard. Use CaliberMind data in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible agent — your choice.
Tell Claude to pull your top-performing channels from CaliberMind, match them against your Salesforce campaign spend, and save a report to your desktop. All in one simple instruction.
CaliberMind runs the pipelines and creates the data schema. AI queries the output of models already built — so analytics reconcile against your CRM revenue numbers.

CaliberMind’s agentic data layer ensures your team has access to the most accurate answers for:
When you ask a question, here’s what happens behind the scenes in Claude before you see an answer.
Claude starts by loading CaliberMind’s live semantic schema — column descriptions, table relationships, join logic, and your org-specific custom fields. It learns what your data means before touching it.
Because all your GTM data already lives in CaliberMind’s unified warehouse, Claude starts with schematic context — it knows which tables matter for your question before it runs a single query. It can go broader if it needs to, but that targeted starting point keeps token usage low and answers fast. That’s a fundamentally different approach than wiring up a dozen MCP servers and hoping the AI figures out what’s relevant.
Claude writes a read-only SQL query against your CaliberMind warehouse. Results are capped to keep things fast and token-efficient. Nothing is modified and nothing breaks.
The result: answers grounded in real, governed data that reconcile against your source of truth records and align with your revenue numbers.

The CaliberMind MCP Server is built with enterprise security from the ground up. API token authentication, audit trails, and SOC 2 compliance mean your GTM data is secure.
“What do you like best about CaliberMind? “B2B specific experience working with marketing data is a huge asset. While their existing out of the box reports don’t fill our reporting needs exactly, they’re still useful and intuitive but the true value we get is their B2B marketing attribution expertise, management of our data which we then access in Power BI and their ability to customize to our needs.”
What do you like best about CaliberMind? “Data Unification and Insights. My organisation deals with complex, high-value accounts that require tailored marketing and sales approaches. CaliberMind helped to consolidate fragmented customer data from various touchpoints—such as website visits, emails, demos, and events—into a single view. This unified data enabled us to gain better insights into customer behavior, preferences, and pain points, allowing for more strategic decision-making.”

It’s a Model Context Protocol server that connects any MCP-compatible AI assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or custom agents — directly to your CaliberMind GTM data warehouse. AI assistants can query your attribution, pipeline, account, and journey data in real time through governed tools.
Any MCP-compatible client. That includes Claude (Desktop, Code, Cowork, API), ChatGPT with MCP plugins, Google Gemini, Cursor, Windsurf, Salesforce, Snowflake and any custom agent built with the MCP SDK. The server is accessed via an HTTP endpoint.
Yes. The MCP Server queries your existing CaliberMind data warehouse. You’ll need an active CaliberMind account with data flowing. If you’re not yet a customer, get in touch for a demo that covers both the platform and the MCP integration.
CaliberMind never uses your data for model training. Data queried through MCP is used only within the AI session to generate responses. Major LLM providers do not train on API-accessed data — verify your provider’s policy to be sure.
The underlying server is the same — same tools, same data, same security. The Claude page covers Claude-specific setup (Desktop connectors, Cowork for scheduled tasks and multi-connector workflows). The general docs cover HTTP endpoint setup for any MCP-compatible client. Pick the one that matches your AI tool.
Agent Cal is CaliberMind’s built-in AI agent that runs under strict data governance rules for access controls and schema definitions. The MCP Server extends the same governed data layer to external AI tools — so you can use CaliberMind data inside Claude, ChatGPT, or anywhere else MCP is supported. They complement each other.
